Introduction[]
Vampire Franco is the head of Gabriella's division of bat, with an ability for information distribution, information collection, espionage, spying tactics, and internal spies. Due to his importance and ability to gather large amounts of information from subordinates of his division, he is considered one of the most important individuals within the Gabriella gang, largely due to other gang members relying heavy on his analysis of what's the going within the city, the gangs' weaknesses/strengths, and information on Tennouren and Gabriella's influence in the city.

Vampire Franco is short, but stocky man with beady and focused eyes, a broad nose and chubby face, along with a beard and mustache. He wears formal clothing, sporting a dark grey top hat with a black sash, along with a black suit and white undercoat. He constantly showing his teeth and rarely ever blinks, adding to his already uncomfortable appearance.
Personality[]
Vampire Franco is matter-of-fact individual who relies solely on stoicism to engage the people he's around and has no qualms about stating that Gabriella will infact will be destroyed and members of Gabriella will be slaughtered if nothing is done. He is an extremely intelligent individual who observation and analysis' often lead the Gabriella gang into the fight fully prepared and his able to access apparently vast amounts of knowledge and come up with plans on the fly. He is not above humbling members of his own gang if they become too elitist such as Hans Gilbenraat who becomes disgusted at Tennouren using Jackals and dogs and see Gabriella as above that, even calling them dogs, and Franco calls him out on his bullshit.
